Apply for a Reception Place – September 2021
To apply for a place for your child in Reception, September 2021 you will need to complete the following two forms :
- Supplementary Information Form (SIF) click here to download (A paper copy of the form is available from the school office)

Supplementary Information Form (SIF)
Once the Supplementary Information Form has been completed, please either email a scanned copy to email@example.com, or post a copy to the school for the attention of the Admissions Officer. Please note that you will not be able to hand-deliver the form to the school. You will receive an email receipt from the school, so please ensure you include your email address on the form.
We will need to see the original of your child's Baptism Certificate, if relevant to your application. In this case, please post a copy to the school Admissions Officer, enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope for return and a note of your email address so that we can email you a receipt.

SIF – Parish priest signature
St Erconwalds parish office has advised that SIF’s can be dropped into the letterbox at the back of the church for signatures from Fr. Bill. The Parish office with call/email you to confirm receipt. Your form will then be sent to the school by the Parish office. (Please include SAE if applicable - see above)
All Saints Church have advised to call 07803 197 840 to arrange for a signature.
Please note that while completion of the SIF is not mandatory, if a completed SIF is not received, the governors can only consider your application within the last criterion of the school’s Admission Policy (see above).
Contacting Surrey County Council Admissions
At this time the Surrey County Council Admissions team will be unable to take calls from parents. Please visit their website www.surreycc.gov.uk for up to date information and guidance on admissions. Alternatively parents can contact them at email@example.com. If parents need to send them any documents, we would ask them to scan them and attach them to an email as there may be delays in dealing with any post that is received in the office. If a parent has an urgent query they can telephone the Surrey Schools and Childcare Service on 0300 200 1004 (9am-5pm).
