The deadline for returning the Supplementary Information Form to us and applying to Surrey County Council online for entry to Reception in September 2020 has now passed.
If you would like to apply for a place on our Waiting List, please download and complete our Supplementary Information Form (see link below) and return it to the school. This allows the governors to put applicants in order of priority for admission in line with the published admission policy. Paper copies of the form are available from the school office. With this form you will need to supply an original baptism certificate (if applicable) - this will be photocopied and returned to you.
Please note that while completion of the SIF is not mandatory, if a completed SIF is not received, the governors can only consider your application within the last criterion of the school’s Admission Policy (see above).
