Parents are invited to participate in our Lenten Day of Prayer on Monday in the school hall. Please enter via the office and come into the hall silently. Jesus present in the Blessed Sacrament will be in the school hall all day. The time from 8:30 - 9am is free for parents to pray quietly for their own intentions and you are invited to take five minutes to pray for peace in the world or for those who need your prayers.

All classes will have prayers in the hall through the day and the times for each class are as follows:

9am Red Class

9:30am Orange Class

10am Yellow Class

10:30am Green Class

11am Blue Class

11:30am Violet Class

12 noon Ruby Class

12:30pm Topaz Class

1pm -1:45 - Y6 classes Reconciliation

Ukraine Appeal

 

Dear Fellow Parishioners

PLEASE PLEASE NO CLOTHES - ONLY ITEMS AS PER THE LIST BELOW.

Thank you for your generosity to date. It has been quite remarkable. Today we launch our second appeal for Ukraine. We aim to send another shipment in the coming weeks. In addition to the items we will also need to raise  £2,000 for fuel for the lorry taking your donations. If you want to donate in cash we will use the money to purchase items in bulk. Your cash donations have so far already paid for a group of children from an orphanage Fr Ruslan knows to be transported to Switzerland.

Wellbeing

We are working with the ‘Effingham Learning Partnership’ to host an event on the 28th March.  The event is free to attend and we have 300 tickets total.

The event is entitled ‘Wellbeing Forum for Parents’ with a focus on ‘Managing Children’s anxiety & promoting online safety’.  We have two amazing speakers for the evening and will start with refreshments at 6:30pm for a 7pm start.  We have 180 tickets still available. You can book here. If we get a lot of interest then we will run the event a second time.
