Faith in Action Award

We are incredibly proud of our Year 6 pupils who have been working towards their Faith in Action Pin Award throughout this year. The award encourages young people to put their faith into action through service, reflection and living out Gospel values in their school and wider community. It is the first stage of a nationally recognised award that children can continue in secondary school, progressing through the Bronze, Silver and Gold levels as they grow in faith, leadership and service.

After months of dedication, all 32 Year 6 children successfully completed their journals and final reflections and submitted their work for moderation. We are delighted to announce that every one of them achieved the Pin Award – a fantastic accomplishment!

A group of pupils travelled to Arundel Cathedral with Mr Doe to attend the special award celebration, where they proudly represented our school by reading during the service before collecting the awards on behalf of the group. It was a wonderful occasion to celebrate their commitment to serving others and living out their faith.

Congratulations to all 32 children on this wonderful achievement. We are immensely proud of you and look forward to seeing many of you continue your Faith in Action journey in secondary school.
