This morning, we gathered together to celebrate a beautiful Mass of Thanksgiving for our Year 6 leavers. Fr Richard helped us to reflect on the children's journey through Cardinal Newman, giving thanks for all they have achieved and the memories they have made during their time with us.

Our Year 6 pupils led the Mass with reverence and confidence, bringing forward gifts that symbolised their journey through school. At the end of the celebration, each child was presented with their portfolio, which has accompanied them throughout their time at Cardinal Newman, as a reminder of their growth and achievements. They also received a Santiago Cross, lovingly blessed by Fr Richard, to take with them as they begin the next stage of their journey.

We are incredibly proud of our Year 6 children and wish them every blessing and success as they move on to their new schools. May God continue to guide them in all that they do.
